With the purchase of these pens, you will receive 5 individual, brightly colored, neon pens (orange, green, red, yellow, pink) stamped with black chess pieces on the barrel of each. Each pack contains 1 pen of each color, which writes in black ink. Please note that, when you are ordering multiple quantities of this product, you are ordering 5(pens) times the quantity ordered. Ordering a quantity of 5 will equal 25 total pens (each set containing 5 different neon colors, so you will end up with 5 of each color - total.) These sets of 5 pens are not packaged seperately, so you will receive your total order combined into one package.

Return Policy of Software and DVDs on Physical Media - ITEMS THAT ARE SHIPPED TO CUSTOMERS

Computer Software and DVDs that come on Physical Media (such as CD-ROMs and DVD-ROMS)  can only be returned or exchanged if the product is in its original, shrinkwrapped packaging and has not been installed or used in any way. Once you open the packaging of a Computer Software or DVD title, it can only be exchanged for a new copy of the same title and only if the original media is defective. There are NO exceptions to this rule.
