Michael Salter is a student at Sydney University and well known as a junior chess coach in New South Wales. He is currently Games Editor of the NSW Junior Chess League magazine "Junior Chess". As one of Australia's leading juniors during the late 80's and early 90's, Michael is well qualified to write on Australian chess play during this period.
