Please follow the following steps:
  1. Download the ChessBase Product Installer. <----- Click on the link to download!
  2. Once the download has completed, run the product installer. This is done by double-clicking on the file, named CBProductInstallerSetup.msi.
  3. Start the product installer by double-clicking on the newly created icon on your computer's desktop.
  4. Once the installer opens, click next to proceed.

  5. After that, you must click "I accept the terms in the Licence Agreement." Then click next.

  6. Next you need to choose where you want the Chessbase installer to be installed. Normally, leaving this default location is best.

  7. On this screen, the Chessbase Product Installer is ready to install, simply click Install. Once that is done, click Finish.

  8. Log in with your ChessBase account and enter your serial number. If you don't have a ChessBase account, you can create one free of charge.

  9. Follow the installation instructions.

  10. The next screen shows components to be installed, click Install.

  11. After the last screen, the product or products will download. (This may take some time, please wait)

  12. After downloading, the products will install. (This may also take some time, please wait)

  13. Here you will need to enter your code again, then click ok.

  14. When finished, you will see that the installation is complete. Then click close.

A few important notes:

* This program requires Microsoft Windows to run. If you are using a Mac-based computer, it must be in Windows virtual mode. If you need assistance on Windows virtual mode, please consult your computer's owner manual or the internet. ChessBase-brand software will NOT run natively on MacOS.

* You may install each ChessBase download on up to three (3) different computers.

* Please be sure to keep your download key safe. You will need to enter the key each time you wish to download and install the software.
